How Dangerous is Chemical Thermite?

What Is Thermite Reaction ?

Today I am going to tell you about one of the hottest heat reactions in the world. This reaction is called a thermite reaction. This reaction takes place between rust or iron oxide and the aluminum metal This is a redox reaction.

How To ?

This reaction takes place between iron oxide and aluminum. As a result of this heat, the molten iron melts, and penetrates.

Practical Usages

There are many practical uses for this reaction. One of them is the strong welding of large iron rods used in construction. It is especially used in the construction of railway bridges as well as in shipping. In such cases, even very small quantities of solid iron can be soldered together using a thermite reactor.
